Common questions

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Pause or delete my account." Deletion is instant and permanent — your profile, photos and email are erased. Messages you already sent stay in your matches' chats (like WhatsApp); see our Privacy Policy.

Can I take a break without deleting?

Yes — on the same screen, choose "Take a break." Your profile is hidden from everyone until you sign back in. Nothing is deleted.

Someone is behaving badly. What do I do?

Use the report or block options on their profile or chat. Blocking hides you both from each other immediately. We review every report.

I found a bug or have an idea

We'd love to hear it — use Profile → Leave feedback in the app.
