Terms of Service

Welcome to Findinger. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're short and written to be understood.

1. Who can use Findinger

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You may have only one account, created with accurate information about yourself.
  • Your profile must be about you — no impersonating others, and your photos must be of you.

2. Be respectful

Findinger is for genuine connections. The following are not allowed and can lead to immediate removal:

  • Harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive behaviour.
  • Nudity or sexually explicit content.
  • Scams, spam, solicitation, or promoting other services.
  • Sharing other people's private information.
  • Any illegal activity.

3. Your content

You own the content you post (photos, bio, messages). By posting it, you give us permission to display it within the app so the service can work — for example, showing your profile to other users. We don't sell your content or use it outside the app.

4. Safety

  • We provide block and report tools — please use them if someone behaves badly.
  • We do not run criminal background checks on users. Be careful, meet in public places first, and trust your instincts.
  • Profile verification marks do not guarantee a person's identity.

5. Your account

  • You can pause your account (hides you from others until you sign back in) or delete it permanently at any time from the Profile tab.
  • Deletion is immediate and irreversible. Messages you already sent remain visible to the people you sent them to — see our Privacy Policy.
  • We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.

6. The service

Findinger is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we can't guarantee you'll find a match. We may update, change, or discontinue features as the app evolves.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Findinger is not liable for damages arising from your use of the app, including interactions or meetings with other users. You are responsible for your own interactions.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the service grows. If we make significant changes, we'll update this page and the effective date above. Continuing to use Findinger after changes means you accept the updated terms.
